Ivy-Bound Transfer Application

The Ivy Bound is a specialized consulting service for admission to the top 1% of universities.

  • Initial Consultation: Students meet with a consultant to discuss academic goals, extracurricular interests, and university preferences.
  • Academic Evaluation: Ivy Bound consultants assess the student’s academic performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • University Research: Identify top 1% universities that align with the student’s academic and career goals.
  • Application Submission: Assistance with application completion, including reviewing all materials.
  • Application Strategy: Guidance on transferring with the appropriate number of completed credits and the application timeline.
  • Transcript Assistance: Guidance on obtaining and submitting official transcripts.
  • Transfer Credit Evaluation: Evaluation of how previously earned college credits will transfer to the new university.
  • Interview Coaching: If required, interview coaching to help students perform well in transfer admissions interviews.
  • Decision Support: Assistance in evaluating transfer offers and selecting the best-fit university.

Payment

Payment will be required upon acceptance into the Ivy Bound Transfer Program. Accepted payment methods include check, cash, bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the acceptance email.

An invoice reflecting the services you select will be sent to you shortly. Kindly ensure payment is remitted by the due date indicated on the invoice.

Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services:

The Academy at Harvard Square will provide consultation and coaching services as outlined in the selected program or individual service options. The applicant acknowledges that admission to target universities is not guaranteed.

Additional Costs:

Any additional services beyond the agreed scope, such as extra universities or coaching hours, will incur extra fees as outlined in this form.

Confidentiality:

All applicant information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing transfer support services.

Commitment:

The applicant is expected to actively participate in the program, including attending scheduled consultations and submitting required materials on time.

Modification of Services:

The Academy at Harvard Square reserves the right to modify the services or terms of the program with prior notice to the applicant.

Non-Refundable Fee:

All fees paid are non-refundable. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
