Payment Plan for the Tuition & Fees

Payment Plan for the Tuition & Fees*:

2025 Fall Admission: Tuition & Fees of USD $25,000, including non-refundable enrollment deposit of $2,000**

Full payment upon enrollment confirmation***:

1st Installment: 40% upon submission of the application for the Joint Degree program, and subsequent to the confirmation of admission offer from the U.S. universities (by June 10th)

2nd Installment: 60% upon the U.S. Visa receipt and prior to the commencement of the Fall semester (by mid-August)

*Exact due dates will be provided on the registration invoice.

**If a student's U.S. visa application is denied by the U.S embassy, tuition and fees will be refunded except for the nun-refundable enrollment deposit and the application fee

***Students who submit the full tuition & fees may be granted a priority orientation schedule and dorm assignments.

Terms and Conditions

Fees:

Application fee is $100 upon submitting the application. (The non-refundable fee includes admission administration, I-20 processing, Partner University application fee, and Course Evaluation fee)

Scope of Services:

The Academy at Harvard Square will provide consultation and coaching services as outlined in the selected program or individual service options. The applicant acknowledges that admission to target universities is not guaranteed.

Confidentiality:

All applicant information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing transfer support services.

Commitment:

The applicant is expected to actively participate in the program, including attending scheduled consultations and submitting required materials on time.

Modification of Services:

The Academy at Harvard Square reserves the right to modify the services or terms of the program with prior notice to the applicant.

Non-Refundable Fee:

All fees paid are non-refundable. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
